Fast leveling with Nightborne??

So you can take the portal to suramar i think at whatever level , i am 58 , in the starting zone of the nightborne ..from there you can take another portal to one of the zones in suramar ..now i am a lvl 58 wondering in suramar ...,,.now ...is there a way to level here really fast since we are on a high level zone?

Usually when mobs are way to high the XP is lousy just like to low.

have you never played wow? You can get mage portal to new Dalaran a get anywhere on broken isles. Doesn't mean you will get better exp
