Just tested it and it still works.
I am a NE druid, here's how I got it to work for me.

** Read through all the steps before trying this **

Step 1) Get some noggenfogger
Step 2) Go to Caverns of Time - Durnholde (Difficulty doesn't matter, heroic is just faster)
Step 3) Once your inside the instance, use noggenfogger until you get the skeleton buff
Step 4) Go into Travel/Cat/Bear form ( Now you should be in your human form + Travel/Cat/Bear )
Step 5) Get naked put all your gear in your bags or do this step earlier if you want to put everything in the bank
Step 6) Run to the spot where you get Incendiary bombs (Note that I do not shift out, I am still in human form + the form I selected in STEP 4)
Step 7) Since you are at low health you can aggro some of the mobs(Bears Spiders) and die
*** Note I took travel form in step 4 easier to get alot of mobs on me ***
*** Note As stated in previous posts when you die you need to be in human form before you press release spirit, if this is not the case IT WILL NOT WORK ***
Step You release your spirit and you are now at the Spirit Resser in human form
Final Step 9) Let the Spirit Resser ressurect you, you now human form and are outside of the instance

*** Final note this was a simple guide tested for druids and may work for other aswel ***

Enjoy human form until you die

Anyways, a little info. Patch 2.4 comes...

The Human Illusion effect will now always be removed properly when a player leaves the instance.

Before 2.4 is out though, just my personal experience: enter instance, use Deviate Delight, die, run back in (won't have buff outside of instance yet), repeat, spirit rez (will have buff on second death).
