I like this one, but they seem to die before you can tame it, when you do it with bloodlust + drums of battle + priest + great timing, guess I just gotta keep trying.. gonna buy some spell haste equipment :P

Cant a mage friend sheep it, and then u can tame it ? Or they still die

i managed tog et mine last night

gem had some weird procs so it took me 4 tries but with the proc & heroism it just died when the tame ended, so i could resurrect it right after.

Dont forget to bring some low level food

The reason is in the bold text...

The problem? It dies after just a handful of seconds regardless of damage, and since Tame Beast lasts 20 seconds you can’t finish taming it before it dies.

It lasts for 8 seconds, so what you need is...

Tame Pet: 20second cast

Heroism, -30% cast time (14s now)

Drums of Battle, reduce cast time by around 2s. (12s now)

Mystical Skyfire Diamond proc - half cast time (6 seconds now)

This gives you a slightly more than 1 second window after latency to tame the pet before it dies off. It is possible with only Heroism + MSD which gives you a 7s cast, just abit harder. The upside is of course you only need a shaman and not a Leatherworker for that method.
