i think it helps if you have someone come with you. the other spawns right as you kill one. and you dont lose much health if 2 of you are doing it. just a sugestion

Farmed these with my rogue, 30 min. got 6 primal fire, 20g for vendoring trash. Very fast grinding with shadowstep to swith between the two spawning places.

This is one of the spots ppl are heavily farming for primal fires.
This spawn rate could be calculated by online players to make more ppl happy.. like.. 10 ppl fighting about 1 mob which spawns every 3 min sucks, so they boost up the spawn rate.
Sometimes ppl are busy with other things and the spawns are still spawning at the same rate.

Don't belive it will get fixed, unless the botters and farmers powerfarm there. Then they might spread out the spawning area and more mobs..

I don't know anything, just guessing.
