100% movement speed for 10min val'sharah

Not sure if this should be considered an exploit but i found out that the 100% swimming speed also works on land.
get the buff from the fishy lady on the boat run around and complete your val sharah WQ fast.
went fast enough to find out its removed when you leave zone.

I have max fishing + legendary fishing staff and I did not see this person. My guess...its tied to a WQ and if you don't have the WQ she is not there.

i was 110 with no fishing skill bought, might be that its tied to the fishing wq, was unaware there was fishing wq. hehe and yes on EU servers.

I can confirm. I've discovered this a long time ago but didn't post cause it only works on Val'sharah and the quest is pretty rare.
It also disappear after use a mount. It is also probably removed after being dead (didn't test that).
