Kara Ring No Lvl Requirement

Violet Seal of the Archmage... rewarded after you complete the Karazhan questline and purchasable for lvl 110 characters apparently

Just checked this morning, hasn't been hotfixed yet.
From what I can tell of these replies, yes you do have to have gotten the ring by normal means (doing Karazhan 5 crystal quest) for him to sell it.

Just tested it and it works, you must have cleared kara on an alt and they have gotten the ring from the quest. Then your other characters can buy it.

EDIT: It no longer works, the vendor doesnt sell the ring anymore and the ring now requires 110 ilvl

Went there 10min ago on an alt and he didn't sell a ring, then logged my main and they had completely removed the npc. Safe to say it's fixed now.

Looks to me that a blizz dev must of sneezed and miss typed the ilvl req for the ring lol
