Easy mining leveling (WQ required)

Hello there!
First of all, I'd like to say it doesn't seem intended but probably deserves to be in guides section.

So this trick helps you level your mining skill at an insane rate, here's how:

1. Wait until the Massive Leystone world quest becomes available. (Massive Leystone Deposits - Quest - World of Warcraft)
I had two of them up: the first one in Stormheim and the second one in Highmountain. Highmountain works the best because the area is easier to navigate.
2. Disable autoloot and mine all the nodes you see (DON'T LOOT THE NODE so you don't gain credit for the world quest). each node you mine will grant you a skill point (up to around 750 skill level) The ores will be sent to you via mail.
3. Realmhop to a different realm and repeat.

Using this method I went from 550 to 750 skill level in an hour.
Please notice that you might hop to the realm you already visited, just mine one node to see if it gives you a skill point and if it doesn't simply hop to another realm.

I did this for about 15 minutes, then the nodes stopped giving levels even though the node is fresh.(i see ore pop up) I've tried different servers and relogging, neither of which worked. Did this happen to you? If so what am i doing wrong?

Just stay near a node, mine it and if nothing happens hop over to different realms until it starts giving you the skill ups. Once it does, go collect other nodes. You will eventually run out of unmined nodes, obviously, but it should take much longer than 15 minutes.

Ah gotcha, that worked. Seems even if the addon says I haven't visited that realm it might change by the time i join. Anyways doing what you said worked and i'll just keep hopping until they all stop working +rep if i can because this works (not sure how to do that)

The higher your mining skill the more ores you can loot from every node.
When I was at around 550 mining, each felslate deposit netted me 3 felslate. Now I get 5 felslate from each node at skill 787.

There are also profession achievements which require you to level 2 primary professions to 800.

Completely RNG. I am 800 mining and get anywhere from 2-5 from Felslate node. 4-6 from Rich and 6-10 from vein.
