The one I tested on was "Arru" bear found in high mountain. It might also work on other World Quest mini-bosses. Whenever the pet is out, those who have the World Quest for the Arru, will get a voiced dialog from the faction representative.(talking head)


1. Be a level 100+ hunter.
2. Go to highmountain.
3. Find and tame Arru Arru - NPC - World of Warcraft
4. Summon him in dalaran or other crowded place with 110 who might have the World Quest for the mob your just tamed.
5. ???
6. Profit!

Edited it to make it more clear. You basically get a voice dialog as if you are getting close to the world quest target whenever the hunter has the tamed pet out that was obtained by taming the world quest target.

You really should clarify your post with clear steps and who it applies to, nowhere in your first post does it mention anything about hunters. This might be something, but it needs to be clearer or a lot of people will miss the point.

This is an absolute challenge to tame DURING the world quest lol. Nobody has a sense of humor.

Another one that works is Baconlisk, in Surumar. He's part of a bacon quest for cooking, and triggers the same dialogue. Drives people nuts, I love it.

I would imagine it works on all beast world quest npcs. (that are tamable)

The best reaction I got was someone checking their map every second and circling around the area.
