As a Demon Hunter In Maw of Souls you can troll your whole group it's pretty funny and i really like to do that if I'm not in a hurry
you just have to aggro the second boss and jump over the wall that is right next to him.

Easy to counter such troll, vote kick ftw

As far as I know, as long as the tank keeps pulling stuff, you can't vote cause you have to wait X seconds between combat to vote kick. So pulling one mob even would trigger a new timer and voila. If you, as a tank, can solo the content, the need to troll groups is real.

During a boss fight the cd will be worn off since he can't pull more. Have kicked people during boss fights

Appointed group leader can initiate kick anytime I think.

Yeah it's pretty east to vote kick someone for doing it, I'll just thought it's kinda funny because it's so easy to do
