maybe I the lucky one, the last gm was very friendly, he said that one guy from my party got unban so to be fair I should get unban too.

What did you write them tho? Cause I had the same and to me they just said that NOBODY got an early unban that had done the exploit, but my friends that got unbanned clearly did it so they are lying..

Everytime I make a new live support, they just close the live chat instantly and mark the ticket resolved saying "This matter is closed and will not be discussed."
did you get that aswell but kept contacting them, or am I out of luck?

they wont change anything i didnt write any ticket's guess i was lucky i just kill the mobs other ppl was spawning , maby that's why some ppl got ban lifted we didn't exploit stuf directly. dunno

So I tried to contact support to try to close my battle.net account, just not going to continue to support a company and a game that blames consumers for delivering a faulty product. After I wrote my ticket I got the following private message on tihs fórum:

Aw poor baby got banned? The little baby wants his refund?

Get ****ing REKT. Maybe next time you'll learn to not cheat in life.

It's hilarious seeing all these posts cursing Blizzard after getting the ban hammer... It's AWESOME.

Finally the ticket disappeared from my support page, it was erased and trashed. I dont care about refunds, fortunatelly I have more than enough money to throw away on games, I care about principles.

What a strange coincidence.... right...


I stumbled upon this website after this entire ordeal, but maybe its time for you guys actually start paying atention to what you write here. Never was in favor of exploiting the game, but seeing that they might have salty kids in charge who care only about their e-penises, you might think twice...

Since the ticket thing didnt work its time to escalate and take this to someone who actually is IN charge. And no Im not playing the game again, but the people with the money need to know how little they care about their customers and how badly that can affect their revenue
