10m Normal Lei Shen last boss from ToT will spawn minions from the sky. These will not attack you and stand still. Dunno for the other difficulties but it makes it very easy to kill him without have to run arround and press all those shit so they wont spawn.

I did a quick ToT 10N (all bosses) and it's not like you said. I got swarmed by the adds.
I think that's just a random bug.
