Server went down for about 15minutes now that it's back up not working for me. It still show's that it is skinnable but unable to skin. Ah well No ban however

Felwort is still working, albeit slightly buggy it seems. Swapping server and looting Felwort on the new server seem to be working, however, relogging and trying to loot on your own server again seems to have some kind of cooldown.

Just tested it on EU in Stormheim on my main since I had that quest today and no it didn't work to skin him twice so I guess it's fixed.
