Definitely not fixed in EU, doing right now. The one which turns you in to a dryad is working for me. Yesterday was no quest, the day before it was the one with giants and this one did not work.

Since that exploit has been posted I was unable to do, then today i don't know why but i can repeat the quest after relog.
