- Be in an outdoor PVP area and stay in Bear for 10 sec to trigger 'Hibernating Growth'
- Leave the PVP area

+ You keep the buff from 'Hibernating Growth' till you die
+ You can teleport and everything else with the buff
+ You can respec your specialization and still keep the buff

-> ~0.6sec Healing Touch inc - have fun
