How are you assuming it works when you say it works in your main post?

I assumed it was using me saronite I had vendored like 1 minute prior to talking to him

I'd not used ownedcore forums for a while ^^, dont know how to use forums too well. I posted this literally as I was doing the exploit

There actually is a infnite mob spawn in ICC. Right before Blood Queen, if you kill the trash mobs, but let 1 live and then proceed to use vanish, or any other form of out of combat spell they will all resspawn. Not really useful, but there is new loot each time.
