Felstone in Raids - 30-50k DPS increase

Not usable in raids, you can use it outside and then zone in easily though.

You get two potential buffs.

The first being a massive damage increase to single target as well as an armor reduction.
The second being a massive aoe damage increase.

Both buffs can only be applied once, so having your entire raid with this buff barely makes a difference.

Use it while it lasts, go get your ranks that will get removed

Use the item outside of raid, zone in, kill boss, win.
Purchased after doing the broken shore scenario as well as at least one invasion from the illidari dark goods vendor on top of orgrimmar, (no clue where for alliance)
