Those kind of hotfixes are server-side. Your server Kazzak was probably rebooted or crashed recently so it has the latest hotfixes. I guess after the tuesday/wednesday restart it will be fixed everywhere.

Someone in my guild (US Arygos) claims that all they did was remove the appearances from his wardrobe. Seems pretty reasonable considering it was just cosmetic skins.

That was one dirty fix.. Not fun for the legit refunds

I noticed first that they didn't have the usual "you have not collected this appearance" or "you've collected this appearance, but not from this item" and when I bought them they didn't get added to my collection.
If there's a fix to this I'd be glad to know!

That's because lvl 60 PvP gear still requires a minimum ranking of 1800 in RBG or Vanilla R8 legacy achievement and replicas for transmogrification can only be bought in Area 52.
