You can get the new Dalaran Hearthstone before Legion is live

Uhm just pointing this out! The scenario will be doable before launch and when you've done it once. You don't have to do it on other characters after that as you'll get the option from the quest giver to say "I know the story of the Broken Shore" and it will take you directly to the part where Khadgar summons you

Dalaran Hearthstone - Item - World of Warcraft

I obtained mine a few days ago, but as far as I know there is only one inn keeper in Dalaran... My sub is gone now so I cant double check on another char whether or not the dialogue option is gone.

I mean does it still try to port you to legion dala? A friend of mine told me an hour ago that they didn't remove the HS but the port location is automatically changed from 7.0 dala to old dala so he doesn't get the 7.0 transfer error but instead port to old dala.

The HS is still there but you cant use it

EDIT: I just copied my char over to the beta server: The HS is completely useless, you cant do shit with it. I just got to the quest where you get the HS normaly and this one works. So you have to delete it anyways else you wont be able to complete the quest

Go to the Northerend Dalaran, talk to the innkeeper, and it will say "ive lost my hearthstone to dalaran can i have another one etc" then bam you got a Dalaran Hearthstone.

When I try to use it it says that I dont have the expansion active.

This could be useful if you can skip the aids senario when legion launches.

Also getting the HS before most people on all characters can save you time.

EDIT: It appears that on BETA the Dalaran Hearthstone has a level req of level 90, but it does indeed work even if you have not done the scenario on that character.

Second Edit: Tried it on my paladin and I can start questing BUT I can't get my artifact. So we can start before everyone but rip artifact.

This is fixed af. I tried to use it on the beta as well. It worked when you used it before (took you to dalaran broken isles). But now it did not work at all so it will be fixed on live.
