2 ways how to keep brooms and other stuffs like that 4 eva

ya they dont have a timer and like the orphans from last year it said like 5 days or some thing like that and i had it for a year for some reason

I've been collecting some brooms and mailed them to a bank char, while logged out the timer does not go down and some of the brooms don't have the timer on them while some other do.

When i asked a GM about this glitch, he said he couldn't say for other items, but the brooms will despawn properly. On a side note, I didn't get on my character yesterday and the countdown on my broom didn't change, and I had a Midsummer Blossom for 3 weeks in summer because I was gone, so maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, It is possible that the brooms will despawn on the 15 of November, maybe they won't, I don't know, I don't work at Blizzard.

Just to clarify: The countdown is only donw while ONLINE, so when you are offline the days arent ticking.

Also, theres no way you can have sent them since they count as conjured items and they cant be sent via the mail.


But you can put on some random bank alt you NEVER use (via normal trade) and never log onto, untill the day you want to use a broom, which by then you just hand it over to your main. This means you will have it for 14 days ONLINE play on your main.

Although they might despawn when the event ends.

Sometimes you guys make me laugh. The timer will keep going down in bank. If you send to an alt ex: (broomsbanklol) and get the broom out of mail then log that char off and never go back on him then the set days on it will be 14 days. An easy way to explain this is the counter only goes down when you are logged on that certain character with the item. Does it last forever? No. It will last 14 days of "played time".

hehe...thanks...I didn't know but I can't be sure whether this will work 'forever' as Blizzard will probably find out about and, like always, patch it up.

yeah ive got like 85 brooms and 500+- pumpkins on my bank char i think it schould work cause the timer on the brooms doesnt go down but then again it doesnt go down on my main either so maybe they will just remove the item from the game inventory so you would end up with a bag full of questionmarks that say unknown item ahwell hope they dont
