Naah it's soulbond, so it's one per character... But, even if it could be transfered it would be just one buff :L

To bad Vancleef and the Thunderfury items are fixed , but still happy the wands still work this way :P Already saving loads on my main char mail + bank char so i can have fun more time with them ^^ !
Also i suggest to save the wands stacked on your main mail and not on a bank char in case they also fix these ! (same as people should have been done with costumes and thunderfurry the first day ? )
