Make Timewalking gear scale with your level

If you do timewalking at a level lower than 100 the dungeon will drop gear for you that is level appropriate. This gear isn't supposed to level with you like an heirloom would.

If you get a timewarped item at a lower level then level up place the item in void storage. When you take it out it will be whatever item level is appropriate for your current level.

This can be used to easily gear characters once you hit 100 if you hoard the items.

EDIT: Some seem to think this is intended. That is not the case.

No, it doesn't. Blizzard has clearly stated it's intended to give you gear for your level that does NOT scale as you level.

Yes, pretty much that exactly. You could keep putting it in and taking it out as you level though and it will continue to gain item levels each time you do so.
