Possible Spellsteal Damage x% Increased

Hello I wasn't able to get a screen shot of what the buff is called but the rare in Tanaan Jungle in the cave at " Temple of Sha'naar " - Rare name is Jax'zor
I used wowhead to try find the ability but I was not able to find it but he gives himself a buff that lasts for 2 minutes that you can spellsteal which increases a damage by 35%.
You can spell steal this more than once, Don't know if this can be used for much but I thought I would just post it anyway

Great find.

Stack buffs port to world boss and one-shot it.

Try it in raids, but almost no buff zones into raids so that probably won't fly. If it does have fun downing mythic bosses.

Pretty sure the spell you are seeing is: Fel Empowerment, which means you stole it from a Sargerei Demonmaster not the rare.

Not true, tested it today. Yes you can steal the buff, NO it wont stay when you enter the raid.
