X-52 Rocket helmet exploit

hello there, i found a thing when using the helmet from q(Thottbot World of Warcraft: Quest: Back to the Chief!)

If u have low hp and wanna jump down without fall damage.

This is how to do it: Equip the helmet, make a macro that says: "
/use X-52 Rocket Helmet
/equip "Your helmet name here"

Jump down and right before u land press it.

U will launch up in the air but no damage

correct me if im wrong but doesn't equipment that has a use have a 30 second cooldown on equip?

It does, but you're equipping normal helm. So say I'm low on hp, and I jus need to jump, use that and right before you don't get the floating buff, and the other DoT from the x-52 helmet

You dont need the macro.

i think he means that you equip the helmet before you enter battle, and then when you are on low hp you use the macro so it shoots you in the air and changes helmets, wich means that you dont get the damage that you usually would get from using the x-52 Rocket Helmet

No, you dont need it.
You can still put out your helmet in actions bar.

Well, if u dont got so much HP left after a fight or something and after u use it equipt ur helmet, then no damge the damage is like 1.2k 3times or something
