Confirmed... I just used the X-52 Rocket Helmet in Ashzara. I did get a slight push from using my blink as well.

If you're in combat and you're a hunter you can use Disengage, but that would be more like a push backwards, same thing though

Disengage can work yes, Even attack a critter and be speced for dubble can make you fly much more, But also if anyone know a item or thing that can make you in combat, this will be much more interesting.
Something you can use it for: Be at IF airstip and have a friend to join you with dubble mount, Sheep/ [Scatter Shot]/ a CC that make you move, then you come past the gate there(cave entrance is close to mountion). When you are at the end of the thing, Use the Head and blink forward and you are over the Cave. Can get a screene if needed. This is a thing that you can use the head for.

Yeah so I went to wowhead and still cant find out where it STARTS, I know what quest rewards it, but it seems to be part of a chain which I cant find >.>

If you go to the quest that rewards it, it'll show the whole chain. Go to number 1 in the chain. Check the comments to be sure there isn't another quest you have to do first.
