I figured this should go here since is technically is more of an exploit than a guide.

But move it if you will.

Well, When playing on my monk to get this achievement i decided to start it off with a Flying Serpent kick. and guess what? It boosted my mount!! yay!

So this is easy.

1. Get quest
2. Stand on line before it mounts you ( cannot be pre mounted )
3. Hit the Flying Serpent kick button
4. Enjoy your 1 to 1.5 less bells than usual!


Also this may work with other toons movement skills!

about 50+ tries on Warlock. Come on and see this.. First try got it lol. My warlock kept ending at 12 tolls. Thanks!

Also, if you use Tiger's Lust talent on other people you boost em up too, dunno if intended or not, but hope it helps someone helping another
Another habilities that could work too, priest grip or demonic getaway (TEST THEM AND POST IT IF THEY WORK)
