Little tip.
Watch on minimap when you flying from water to Vezax. I personally did a semicircle, like on the pic https://i.imgur.com/Ue880oV.png (red shit) without even getting in yogg room. Done it twice in a row on two chars. Maybe this method will help.
Edit: U dont need to follow exactly red strip, this is just an example.

If you can get past the door behind flame leviathan you don't really need to kill him. All bosses other than Razor, Ignis and XT are spawned.
Personally I just TP to Vezax right away.

Followed your video, just wondering - when you get to Vezax's room are you using /cancelaura to remove your Glider? Or are you being automatically dismounted from it when you hit the floor, because I seem to keep falling through the ground in that room to underneath where the Yogg Saron portal room of Stormwind is.
