For people posting about not working on EU, it's not the mount thing that's not working, it's the quest itself that's bugged. We're not barking when we pass the flags.

yeah, normal 60% is same as ram at canter (gold circle) epic is same as ram at gallop (red circle)

Quest is very easy to do, just keep the ram running between a Trot and Canter, the Trot is the blue buff, Canter is the yellow one. Watch your buffs, soon as it turns blue hit your reins once to make it turn yellow. Do this the whole time and you won't get exhausted and make it back in time easily. (also helps to jump off the hill after you exit IF)

Worked on EU (finnal they fixed the quest)
i did all flags and then i used my epic mount to turn in the quest

epic is same as ram at gallop (red circle)

As I've noticed, Gallop is faster than an Epic Mount (Epic mount without +Riding% Buff)
