[Major][Mage] Disconnect Players in arena with polymorph

Sorry if this is a re post, i haven't seen it anywhere and i KNOW it's probably in elite, but i cannot confirm this either


If you polymorph someone who is running directly forward with auto-run (or if they hold movement keys forward after polymorph breaks) it'll DC them, almost every time.
Abuse it while it lasts, it's being fixed soon

dont think it can be abused, more of a one time thing maybe, but can anyone confirm?

I've had an opportunity to abuse it 20+ times tonight while arenaing, every time it won me a match.

So... How do you abuse it... Just Polymorph people? You should be using Polymorph in every single game. You would think this type of thing would be all over Blizzard forums if that's the case. It's not uncommon to Polymorph in arena.

Lost 2 games last night because of this bug. I need to stop trying to move immediately after being poly'd. I wasn't mounted either time.

This is still working for me btw guys, just did a stretch of arena matches where i would go invis, and poly a bunch of people off their mounts before they noticed me, 50% of the time it's a dc.

this is hilarious that it's not fixed.

It's especially potent with the talent that lets you cast while moving since you can cast while moving away from people and they wont cast a skill but rather walk after morphed, lol

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work outside of arenas, though i DO think i dc'ed somone in a bg earlier today, so that's a possibility, let me know of your results.

Lost due to this the other day. The worst part is it seems you can't connect for a while after you get disconnected.
