Mind sharing the way, mate? Trying to get a twink into Ashran for ages

Closest I got was in Ashran, no npcs but i could get the event announcements, so i guess I am in the "instance" but not phased? Also, I don't get the *instance not found* message, but there is just ... nobody. I'm on a dead server so there is nobody doing Ashran now, so i can test if i get anything if grouped with people.
