Didn't find anything on the forums, which is odd.
Rukhmar/Drov the Ruiner garrison missions don't seem to appear if you've already looted 3 seals of tempered fate this week, but waiting for either of these missions to appear and finishing it after getting 3 weekly seals lets you have 4 per week.
Doubt that's intended, as Blizzard said it should be impossible to have more than 3 seals per week.

Nvm I'm dumb. Dwarven bunker/war mill does count towards the 3 seal weekly max.

Nope, please remove this before people start thinking this is true. It's just pure luck and RNG. I've recieved seal missions after i've had 3 seals for the week

You didn't find anything on this forum because this is not bugged and indeed intended.
I got my bonusrolls last wednesday and received TWO bonus roll missions, with today (the day before reset) being the second.
Which means I got 5 bonus rolls this week.

Okay then. Still, the fact that these seals can go over the weekly cap is totally not intended.

You're only allowed to PURCHASE three for the week from the vendor. THAT is where the "3 per week" limit is concerned. When you have a dwarven bunker at lvl 3, ONE of those is FREE.. but still counts towards your three purchased for that week.

Also, Last week I purchased my three seals, got a mission before my guilds 2nd raid night. This week, Got my coin from a mission then got my 3 from purchasing so this is nothing except RNG luck with receiving the mission.

Thanks for the clarification, it seemed logical that garrison mission seals do count towards the weekly limit and new missions can't appear after you reach it, as they never did for me or the people I asked.
