Kill both world bosses

As Blizzard said, if you kill one of them, you can't see another. But if you go to the server where another boss spawns, you will be able to kill it and get loot.
f.e you kill Drov on your server, then you can go to another and kill Tarlna.

Have you personally tried that? Because Blizzard said that each boss spawns for the week for everyone. So I thought that server kind of rolls which boss will spawn this week.

There is not a single server in eu that has it. No group finder group exists with it.
