Seems most (if not all) of the EU realms have Drov up. I see only Drov groups in groupfinder howerver yet to see any Tarlna raid yet.

tested it on tarlna aswell, same result, ground based aoe from world bosses doesn't hit shredders even if you stand in it= without hovering.
