Looks like you can bring Overcharged Demolisher - Item - World of Warcraft inside of raid.

need Goblin Workshop lvl 3.

does a stupid amount of dps so it can't be intended, if you aren't able to use it inside they were probably teleported inside while activated or simply walked in (i don't have Goblin Workshop)
my proof is i was just in a raid with one :|

The only way my guild has done it is with a lock summoning. Can confirm it working as well. We had a 5 man team doing this. Super was clears. Best part is it didn't count the dps so it looked as if they didn't do any dps. Could be very useful and not easy to track.
