    now, you can get ALL followers by switching Outposts(5k).
    Was changed a while aggo.

    Like my preposter has stated, Blizzard made a change and allowed getting both followers by switching outposts in Talador/Gorgrond/Spires... Nagrand only has lancestor, so switching here isn't recommended, though it only costs 500g as far as I know

    This doesn't seem to work anymore the follower doesn't appear in the smugglers shop. I did around 80 tries. still no follower in the shop.
