Follower scavenger trait bug

Scavenger increases garrison ressources gained from missions by 200%.
When you follower is 3 levels beneath or 15 ilvl beneath, then party buffs aren't active and abilities/traits don''t count.
I did a 630 ilvl mission with a reward 175 garrison ressources and put a 600 ilvl with the scavenger trait and i received 525 garrison ressources upon succeeding the mission.

I don't know if this is the case or if it's unintended, but OP said that traits (like scavenger) are disabled when the follower is 600 ilvl and the mission requires 615, however scavenger still works and gives extra resources.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure the under leveled thing is only for <100, not for ilvls... though a follower will lose it's bases success chance for not having enough ilvl.

Bigger question is why would anyone even repeat this? No matter what you are hurting your mission success chance with a low ilvl follower, meaning the OP got "lucky"

Because alot of times in a say, 3man mission, 1 or 2 followers can already give you 100%, leaving the third spot for an ungeared/blue follower.
That's the only way you get anything out of level 615/30/45 missions with XP-only rewards.

This is also the impression I was under.

Basically this tip is you can still benefit from the scavenger trait regardless of the followers ilvl. The real question then would be is that the same case if the follower is under the lv req.

This is correct, I have green followers with base 600 ilvl that have Epic Mount and I use them on high ilvl missions all the time.

Scavenger was always working, its like Zemsta said - special trait, which do not increase mission success rate, so it is working regarding of the follower level.

I have successfully used once 2x lvl 90 scavengers in double slot lvl 100 mission for 100x resources, effectively increase it to 500x, but already failed plenty of similar missions too, so this is Working as Intended, pal.
