Follower scavenger trait bug

Scavenger was always working, its like Zemsta said - special trait, which do not increase mission success rate, so it is working regarding of the follower level.

I have successfully used once 2x lvl 90 scavengers in double slot lvl 100 mission for 100x resources, effectively increase it to 500x, but already failed plenty of similar missions too, so this is Working as Intended, pal.

This is an exploit that isn't obvious. Multiple sources state that if a quest is red, traits and abilities have no effect. When you add in a follower that is red, the icon does not display next to his picture indicating the ability is used. The only way it is seen is after adding said follower it is added to the quest bonuses.

Once you accidentally do this, it becomes minor/common knowledge pretty quick. But if you never accidentally did this, it is not obvious the game works this way as it is not intended.

Not an exploit. Underleveled/geared Traits and Abilities won't count towards your mission success rate, that's it. Epic mount or Scavenger doesn't do that, and that is intended (would've been fixed by now, anyone who actually does follower missions regularly noticed this weeks ago)
