Increase mission success chance

So I finally got a 645 mission for highmaul treasure, 3 follower mission with ilvl 645. I put in 2 that were 645 and 1 that was 644. Success chance was 70% so I dragged the 644 guy out than back in and it increased to 85% chance. Seems to only work with ilvl req missions, by dragging away and back in it fully gives the success chance bonus as if it weren't a lower ilvl follower

1 ilvl isn't going to increase your chance by 15%. Did you happen to have the "dancer" trait?

This won't increase your actual chance of success its only a ui bug. You'll send them off at +15% and they will come back with the true success %. I just did a mission for a 645 neck and I thought I had sent them off with a 99% chance to succeed which was strange because my Admiral Taylor was 2 ilvl off of 630. They come back with an 82% chance and I fail it. I should have waited for another green weapon to give to him.

I can confirm i had done my mission for the legendary parts and sent em out with 96%. When they came back it said 91%. Luckily the mission succeeded.
