Reset stats + bonuses on items

Not sure if this post is allowed here, since it semi needs an GM. (ticket)

I accidentally disenchanted a wrong item using the garrison enchanting building (char doesn't have enchanting as proff), item had a socket bonus, wanted to recover that. .
Requested item restoration, 3 days later got item in mailbox with different (better) secondary stats and no socket-bonus.
Item was an ilvl 630 heroic blue.

be funny if you did this to get "better stats" and then you accidentally do it on a better item you actually need and have to wait 30 days.

not worth doing this method for a 630 item

There is a GM involved. He restored it by opening a ticket rather than using the auto-restore function.

Just because he disenchanted it , the GM mailed it to him. This is just because of the disenchant part. This work without a GM involved aswell. In his case a GM was involved but He probably didn't even speak him.

I just used the item restore function on the account page, but disenchants seems triggering a GM review. I haven't spoke with any GM, i was in game and then the ticket status updated to resolved, got mail with the items, all with differend stats and bonusses.
Altough this doesnt seem usefull on 630 gear, could be nice on epic's if you want to reroll them.
