Bypass the proving ground restriction for your other specs

This is a very lazy exploit, but I'll tell anyway...

I've done Proving ground silver on DPS spec, haven't unlocked the tank spec (I'm a dk), but I was able to change spec anyway while in heroic dongeon.

I highly suggest doing the silver proving ground anyway.

The gateway into dungeons is still locked. Sure, you can complete Tank, and then go sign as Tank, but what then? Why would you go DPS once inside? Doesnt that **** your group?

Theres proving grounds is just a requirement for signing up for dungeons. Lets call it a idiot check. Because thats what it is.

You can still enter heroic dungeons regardless of specc if you find a group on your realm and go to the physical location of the dungeon.

more clarification is needed.

But I believe he is saying you are just in a dps spec with the dps proving grounds outside then queue as a tank. Which it will let you do as it would only check if you have proving grounds done on current spec (the dps spec).

If your tank leaves, and you haven't done the silver proving ground, it can be benifit if you can't find a new tank in queue. That's what actually happened to me when I discovered this.
