Rexxar Questline 4k exp PER MOB

I can check EU but I don't know how to start the quest chain. So how to start this? I think I have done almost all quests.

Read on the link I posted about how to start (Chains of Iron - Quest - World of Warcraft). I would say it's fixed but haven't been able to try again.

I was able to complete this again now. (Did it once before and abandoned). Will edit soon with results.

1st Edit: Just did it again. Just do the quest up till you kill the captain, abandon it, go pick it back up and do it again. I tried to hearth to garrison to buy an exp pot after abandoning but the teleport failed.
2nd Edit: Failed to do it again. Did not hearth or do anything else.
3rd Edit: Abandoned quest, hearthed to Beastwatch, flew back and picked it up and it worked allowing me to get the exp again.

where is this quest exactly? I did all of gorgond and dont remember fighting with rexxar at all

I seem to struggle to reset the quests its just stays in same phase after everything is killed even after retaking quest several times. Anybody came across this ?

Confirmed. Is working as of 11/18/2014 8:28 am PST. I was just doing it on rogue and averaging ~22300 xp a run with the garrison XP potion but no guild banner. For the 3 grunts I got 4-500 xp each then for 2 gronns 18k xp and the last one ~3k depending on how fast I got there to kill because the npc killed him to about half before i got there
