I just did it on US, seems same method doesn't work for garden though

I'm on EU, from mine level 1 > 2, and then cancelled. Did it just moments ago.

It works from 2-3? I must have over 1000 ore, I thought this only worked from 1 - 2. I'll try tommorow from 2-3.
