The Secrets of Ragefire Chasm Rocket Boot Damage

The rocket boot damage on The Secrets of Ragefire Chasm hasn't been scaled down. Does 175k in a Heroic Scenario where the bosses have 300k. Easy speedrun.

Not certain how useful this is, but it's possible that other similar situations haven't had the damage scaled down either.
