Is the experience supposed to be super low? Getting 75 experience per mob at level 3, which is more or less what mobs my level give me.

Yes, but take into account you can kill like 25 of them in seconds and reset and do it again all in a minute. yes it scales with level.

I have been clearing it every minute. I run gather all adds and kill them to the right where you enter where a mob pack is. Loot the gold. Run out. Reset. I've done it for an hour and a half now.

Thats wrong, RAF exp is only 300% when its quests etc, MOB exp is another deal.. lets say ur player A, and kill a boar u get 100exp, then you invite Player B, You get 50xp for a boar... now addin RAF linked to player A and B, ul end up with 150xp for a Boar... The only thing that makes RAF fast is quest exp, and the exp you get for killing all the bosses in an instance etc... :-)

I am level 73 atm. Started 30 minutes ago at level 69. (Not rested but have BoA's on.) Really good leveling spot, aiming for 80 before it gets patched.

You don't understand, he's not saying you're getting less than 300%, he's saying that because being in a party divides exp on your partner, you will essentially be getting 150% each, quests don't get halved by party penalty, only mobs.

You will still get higher xp groupped even "with raf", than if you were killing this at same speed solo.
