In the other thread, with the shroomtenders and grubthumpers or whatever they were called, someone else mentioned the Mystics as well. I tried it before you posted this thread, at least 10 hours ago, and it was only giving 100 +/- exp to a level 1 toon per kill, so it had already been fixed on at least 3 US realms by that time.
