Achievement: It Might Just Save Your Life already if you have item from previous year

Its hard to say if this is more of a guide or exploit. Its exploit in a sense that you aren't supposed to obtain this achievement yet (because its not love is in the air-season), however its guide in a sense that it only requires you to use the item.

So basically you require to have the neck item from Love is in the Air bosses. Apothecary Hummel - NPC - World of Warcraft
At least currently all the level 90 neck items have an added on-use effect.
All you have to do is equip the item, wait for the 30s cd that incurs from it and use it.
Boom free achievement.

If people feel this is more of a guide, mods can move this thread or I can remake it in guides or whatever.
