tried this with a full 5 man. And farmed the same NPC for 3 hrs. only drops gold. killed him 19 times. only gold. So unless someone can post a screen shot to prove its work. its not.

First off like everything unless someone can confirm with a Screen shot ingame of you receiving said loot. I can sit here and say sure confirmed... doesnt mean it happened. So unless these people care to upload a screenshot which takes a few mins ish. Never happened. As for me dusting your muppet id have to find it first considering your a scrub now and always will be.

After killing the first ogre with wolves, then two additional packs before last boss we got 2 books in one run:
First Aid in Draenor
The Joy of Draenor Cooking

So it seems that the other books also drop from these mobs, not only the cooking one
