Enchant Chest - Exceptional Mana - Item - World of Warcraft

Enchant Chest: Exceptional Mana is currently bugged for my level 14 shaman. It's supposed to scale down to 188 mana, but it's giving me about 940 mana.

At 14 I'm supposed to have 320 mana as resto. With this enchant I have 1260 mana. I can spam heals in bg's and never run OOM.

the reason it isnt working on a mage- only resto specs get 400% mana increase or something like that and that mana enchant is multiplied by 4x

OH! That makes total sense now that I think about it. There's the passive ability we get for being resto. I've been gone for over a year and haven't been following low level stuff like I used to. Was running OOM a lot on my shaman while leveling. Seemed pretty crazy to me. Thanks for clearing up my confusion!
