BiS enchants for levels 1-60 (Awesome for twinks!)

Hey guys! So recently Blizzard made it so where you can apply any enchant to any item. However, the effects will scale based on your level. The good thing though is that some of them scale really bad, and are extremely OP for the level (I have seen a level 1 warrior with 1.3k health). So, I decided to go ahead and make a list for which of the enchants are best to use for each slot.

Before I begin though I would like to cite my source. All of the information you see in this guide was pulled from this awesome spreadsheet. Although there is a simple list for the level 1-60 enchants located here, not all of the best enchants were listed, so I had to go to each individual armor page.

Finally, before we start I would like to ask that if you find an enchant that does not work properly, please let me know and I will attempt to find the next best one. Even if you find the next best one yourself from the above list, please let me know so I may edit it and future people don't run into the same problem. Also, and most leg armors / armor kits / scopes / shoulder enchants / etc will require a high level to enchant. Anyways, without further adieu, let us begin.


Shoulder:
22 attack power and 8 crit strike: Greater Inscription of Vengeance - Requires The Aldor exalted
14 spell power and 8 crit stike: Greater Inscription of Discipline - requires The Aldor exalted
11 dodge and 11 stamina: Greater Inscription of Warding - requires The Aldor exalted
8 strength and 4 critical strike: Greater Tiger Fang Inscription
8 agility and 4 critical strike: Greater Tiger Claw Inscription
8 intellect and 4 critical strike: Greater Crane Wing Inscription
11 stamina and 4 dodge: Greater Ox Horn Inscription
14 stamina: Heavy Borean Armor Kit

Cloak:
8 stamina: Greater Protection
8 Agility and dodge: Stealth
9 haste: Greater Speed
12 PvP power: PvP power
8 intellect: Greater Intellect

Chest:
14 stamina: Heavy Borean Armor Kit
11 PvP Resilience: Major Resilience
8 dodge: Greater Dodge

Wrist:
15 stamina: Major Stamina
9 strength: Superior Strength OR Brawn
8 Agility: Agility
8 Intellect: Mighty Intellect
10 haste: Greater Speed
10 critical strike: Greater Critical Strike

Legs:
38 spell power and 22 stamina: Sapphire Spellthread
41 Attack power and 17 critical strike: Scorched Leg Armor
22 stamina and 8 agility: Charscale Leg Armor
22 stamina and 8 dodge: Drakehide Leg Armor

Feet:
14 stamina: Heavy Borean Armor Kit
9 Agility: Dexterity
8 haste: Haste
8 critical strike and hit: Surefooted
12 attack power: Greater Assault

Two-Handed/One handed Weapon: NOTE: One handed weapon + OH will be better due to the fact that all of these enchants are proc enchants, and can work on either one or two handed weapons. Therefore, your OH can be enchanted as well, making a sword+board tactic much better on classes such as ele sham!
sometimes increases your dodge by 90 and movement speed by 15% for 10 seconds when striking in melee: Windwalk
sometimes increases your strength or agility by 62 when dealing melee damage. Your highest stat is always chosen: Dancing Steel
sometimes increases your intellect by 75 for 12 seconds when healing or dealing damage with spells: Power Torrent
sometimes increases your critical strike, haste, or mastery by 56 for 12 seconds when dealing damage or healing with spells and melee attacks: Windsong
sometimes increases haste by 68 for 12 seconds when healing or dealing spell or melee damage: Hurricane

Offhand: NOTE: If you are not able to use a shield, or second weapon in your OH slot (such as a mage) I recommend sticking to a 2h weapon, as the stats will generally be higher. However, please do compare the stats to see which is better.
6 intellect: Major Intellect OR Superior Intellect

Shield:
14 stamina: Major Stamina
9 intellect: Intellect
20 parry and 50% reduced disarm duration: Titanium Plating
9 dodge: Lesser Dodge
9 PvP Resilience: Resilience

Ranged: NOTE: Attaching a scope to a gun or bow will cause it to become soulbound, so these are generally only used for heirlooms
sometimes launches a rabid critter, dealing additional damage to the target and increasing your Agility by 112 for 10 seconds: Flintlocke's Woodchucker (NOTE: This item can only be applied by a level 80 or higher hunter. Therefore, I will include a subpar version of this scope for those who do not have an 80 hunter)
sometimes increases agility by 68 for 10 seconds when dealing damage with ranged attacks: Lord Blastington's Scope of Doom
sometimes increases ranged attack power by 300 for 10 seconds when dealing damage with ranged attacks: Gnomish X-Ray Scope
33 ranged haste: Safety Catch Removal Kit
28 critical strike: Stabilized Eternium Scope

well thats a great list of enchants for lv.1-60 +5rep(next when i can) but one other enchant tip:


1. you can have your enchant + sec enchant granted from items like oils together if you a lv.30+ caster, there a few of the oils and even lower ones
(does not stack with shaman or rogue specific enchants)
(some of them are even good for meeles)

the stats are not the world but extra damage or heal is never wrong ; )

Also a 60 twink cant use any of those leg enchants too unless they using hierlooms which they dont, well shouldnt, old ZG or naxx enchants are the go even though u cant get them anymore. depending on pants they got there other options.

Enchant Chest - Dodge - Item - World of Warcraft is the BIS dodge chest enchant.
Enchant Bracer - Greater Dodge - Item - World of Warcraft is a BIS wrist enchant too

Yep, this guide is more for leveling and doing battlegrounds so 60 twinks are kind of excluded, as well as 1-10 twinks. However I will add the information to the main post for reference, thanks!

4 stats to chest is BiS for rogues at low levels. Also Boars Speed for some healers. The 250 mana to chest for all healers except disc priests as well since it scales stupidly.
People will argue Jade Spirit for healers, but the proc rate is absolute garbage and 30sp or 22 int are better options

Have you ever tried Berserker enchant for the weapon it is a 150 buff to attack power

That enchant doesn't proc for low levels or the proc chance is abysmally low.
