It's a buff, not a debuff, so it would fall off at the normal rate on a pet. So far as I can tell it can't go
on pets anyway, my water elemental didn't seem to want to know. Maybe it's just sore at me for
being dragged across azeroth getting poisoned, cursed and mauled by every monster out there in
search of beneficial debuffs.

That said, all classes can benefit from the buff. The stormcloud buff lasts thirty seconds but its effect also
lasts thirty seconds so that should be enough for a number of players to do stupid burst dps with it.

It could be huge for a small team that can spread the buff, the burst dmg would be insane.

Theres a lot of possibilities here I haven't explored yet.

I tried this with hunter pets long ago but saw it was a buff and not a debuff so dismissed it as being non exploitable long ago.

Because by and large the general public equates exploits with hacks. In popular culture "hack" has quite a broad
usage, referring to exploits, hacks, loopholes and even non-computerized techniques (eg the seminal work "Mind
Hacks")

In the ownedcore community there is a clear differentiation between the two things, but if I were to use that terminology
I'd get two-thirds to one-half of my existing traffic on youtube, through lost search enquiries.

On my mage, 135% more crit dmg would result in about 250k Combustions... and I dont want to imagine the chaosbolt numbers

I don't think this would be usable in arena as it is considered a "buff" which are removed when entering... However this could be usable in a raid. Can someone confirm that it persists through summoning inside an instance?

Instances yes, I took it in a normal bg and scenario.

Haven't tested it in a raid yet. Most things that zone work in raids unless they've been specifically
blacklisted, and remember this actually comes from a raid.
