Edit: Forgot to ask, could somebody recommend me an item which will dc me? We already had Illidan to drop both Warglaives for us and most of the BT Epics already dropped on our realm .

Haven't you ever tried /camp ? It's instant log off. Make a macro and log whenever u want. + u can have some fun and ask other to try ure awsome macro. and they'll log of :P

Or you can just Alt+F4 and restart, if you have a decent computer it will reload in about the same time.

Why not just minimize it, open task manger go to process and click 'End Process' on WoW.exe?

Even if you are disconnected, your ghost will still remain (eg, charater is still in game and of course you arent in control). So technically mobs or players could still kill you. Sometimes, strangely enough, i could get away with it without dying.

Does not work effectivly for the same purpose as logout. See, this works in the same way that Alt+ F4 works, however it leaves your actual character in game for a period of time.

When you logout, your character is removed immidiately from game (after the 20 seconds of course). IIRC the duration of your toon being left in-game after a DC is actually longer than the 20 seconds for logout.

So this can't be used for pvp, surviving pve, etc.

And if you want to just get out of the game fast, you could try alt+F4 or just unplugging your computer! ^_^

Well.. How are you supposed to know which items that's unsafe? I've rightclicked a lot of "unsafe" items without beeing disconnected. I'd go for the good old fake-dc which means that you unplug your internet connection.
